This gourmet blend of Black & White Pepper and Sea Salt flakes melt and incorporate into steaks quickly and perfectly. A classic, elevated. It’s hard to improve a classic, but we believe we’ve done just that. Our Signature Salt + Pepper is built on a foundation of black & white peppercorns with premium sea salt flakes that incorporate perfectly into steaks and burgers. The subtle background of herbs and spices round out the experience with savory notes that come together for the ultimate steak experience. Nebraska Star Beef Signature Seasoning was developed in house as the ultimate steak seasoning. We worked with a local spice company to bring together the perfect blend of spices with our own secret ingredient that gives it a little something special. The seasoning is designed to unlock that natural flavor of the beef and accentuate the flavor as opposed to covering it up. We use a combination of coarse and finely ground spices that are designed to work together to deliver the ultimate steak experience. It's also great on pork, chicken, and eggs. We have also found that it makes a great Bloody Mary seasoning.
