This is a very budget friendly chair that helps with relaxation. I've seen alot of comments where people say the rollers are hard on the back, but I haven't found that to be true for me. They are comfortable, not like a deep knead as I would like, but they get the job done. They are also stationary so they don't move I'm 5'3 and fit into the chair perfectly. It doesn't give a total zero gravity only a slightly deeper recline than a normal recliner, but for the money and customer service they provide to make sure you have a happy experience it's all worth it! I don't think you'd be disappointed!

The blue tooth isn't working as it should. It is connected for audio and calls but I can't hear callers, only audio

This product exceed my expectations!Very relaxing. The zero gravity is the best. You can adjust anytime it depends what you like. Can do hard massage or light. Looks beautiful. Not to bulky. The quality is good except the foot side its like thin fabric difficult to wash… i think if its leather it easy to wipes. We love our massage chair my kids enjoying it after long day playing and need to little bit relaxing. Durability good very heavy for me. The customer service was very nice and resolve the little tiny problems about the backrest keep falling down. Is already resolve it was about the latch, spring, slots. that bend little bit. Nice quality massage chair! For what you pay I give it 5 stars came quick arrived in great condition! Everything worked. I wish it had masssge around the hip an under the butt area but it’s worth every penny I paid also some reviews say they wish the key pad light up at night that’s true not sure why they didn’t come that way but it’s very relaxing. An hits the spots I need. I don’t think the heat gets hot enough but amazing massage chair. An one more thing if your looking to go zero gravity it dose have it but I feel it dosent go back far enough for me. But still awesome chair.

OK we were a bit worried box 1 looked horrible and box 2 didn't show up till the next day which was fine literally takes seconds to put amazing chair together we had to guess no manual came with it but dad wasn't supposed to open until Christmas but ok of course he did lol
