I take this everyday. It give me good energy and I have lost 20lbs since starting.

Ok. I admit it. I was a 5-hour Energy addict. I was blowing a lot of money on those bottles each week. I ran across this product and I must say that it blows those health-damaging drinks away. A single dose lasts me all day with no crash or psychological addiction.

I did not notice any difference in anything after using it fie2+ weeks.Maybe if used for a couple of months, I may.Easy to swallow, no bad taste.

I like these because you can cut them in half to only get 100mg of caffeine instead of the full 200mg.I recently found out that regular caffeine helps with my migraines. But I really don’t like coffee. So decided to try these. So far they seem to be helping the same as if I drink a cup of coffee. While can’t say that they help with alertness, neither did coffee. So maybe that’s just me. But I don’t take them for alertness, just to help with migraines.Right now I take 1/2 a pill every morning on an empty stomach. I usually don’t eat breakfast and am glad to find they do not upset my stomach at all.I will continue to take these and edit my review if anything changes. But for now I thank God that I found these. I had the hardest time drinking coffee every day.

I really like the energy that this gave me. I typically cannot tell that supplements do anything for me generally speaking, although I do take for good health purposes. This one I am very pleasantly surprised. I am no longer dragging around in the afternoons on the days I take it. I try to remember to take it by 10:30 AM to carry my energy levels throughout the rest of the day...and it does!!!! I have told others about this product too! If I forget to take by 10:30 I just wait until the next day, as I don't want to take it too late as it is likely going to interfere with sleep that evening. It is WORTH it - in my personal opinion. I am getting more out of life now instead of zapped of my waning energy like before. I recommend this product if you are looking for added energy to your days. …

I work overnight as a Registered Nurse and I will offer my own experience on how these pills have helped me in my job performance. To start of with I have to say that no two human beings are the same so before I bought these pills I read the good and bad reviews and wasn't sure on the product. I've had heart palpitations in the past from excess caffeine when I drank one of the blue pop top Rock Stars with 1.5 times the caffeine as regular Rock Star and I can say that no, it's not fun at all. Great product. Gives you a energy and has helped me get over that weight plateau....The last 5-10 pounds you get stuck on. That's when I used to throw in the towel, was thinking I would never get past that but I found this product and it SOOO helped...Needless to say I try and for the most part eat REALLY HEALTHY...Salad and veggies, fruits....It's not a miracle drug, but it helps:)
