It had a unibody and was much lighter the the old Williys M38a1.1st Film: "M151A2 Handling". This film is extraordinary in it's content and footage of the usages of the MP's and the M151 to manage the control of a military river crossing. 17:28 Min4th Film: "M151 Brake Maintenance". If you look closely, they used a modified version of the M151 Jeep. Notice the smooth skin on the Jeep. Unusual. I met President Nixon at Hunter Army Airfield in 1970.
