Love this dual feature fan, favorite fan now. Cools the room better than any fan that I’ve purchased. Circulates the air beautifully. Have it set up in a large room and just love, it’s actually circulating the air and it’s breezy. Not very noisy and very powerful. This model does not have a remote. Settings are a dial not digital and can oscillate if you want, just push the button. I purchased 2 of these fans, very happy with this purchase. A lot of bang for your money

People complain about this being a dumb fan, but that is exactly what I was looking for. Just plug it into a smart outlet and viola...smart! I have some if/then scenarios defined to turn it on/off based on indoor/outdoor conditions. This fan moves a lot of air even on low (which is the setting I use all the time) and I dig the fact the smaller fan up top arrlticulates to circulate the upper air in the room. I use it in the living room and the noise is not too distracting, even while watching tv. Don't hesitate to buy if this is what you're looking for.

Before I bought my own, I purchased this fan at the very last minute as a trunk party gift for a kid who left for college a couple years ago. I remember she called me and said she loved this fan. I recently purchased it for another kid going to college and received the same feedback.I was at my sister’s house 3 weeks ago and noticed she had one in her living room. After feeling how powerful it was, I was sold and ordered one for myself.I can’t say it’s as powerful as the classic metal high velocity fans. However, it’s no slouch. In my opinion it’s not as loud as people are making it out to be in these reviews. The tower fan portion sounds like a Lasko HVB (which is also a good fan). It has great airflow! The controls are simple. One dial for the bottom, one for the top. It oscillates 90 degrees. And you can put it against a wall because it draws the air in from the front. Set up was easy but does require some skill and following of directions. Just need to set up the base. No remote, which is what I prefer. It does make sound, not super quiet or super loud. The sound is the air flow which is soothing to me. I bought this because most reviews were positive and the most negative ones were actually positives for me as well. (No remote, some sound). I wanted a fan to draw in the cool air from the living room A/C into the bedroom. So far, it’s doing a great job!

I have had this fan in daily use for over a month, the only noise is from the air coming through the fan. Of course, you're not going to get what you can from a Dyson fan, if I could afford that, of course, we would be buying that. For the price, this is the best tower fan from this brand that we have tried so far. The cooling effect is phenomenal. You can't sleep next to or near one of these but the force of the air is comforting when placed at a distance which minimizes the sound. There is an odor that comes from this unit, it does off gas some VOC's, but they rapidly dissipate after a week or two. To deal with this, I left our unit in the closet for a few weeks to air out, then after running it daily for a week, the odor was largely gone. The odor is not overwhelming but I just didn't …

This is a decent fan. It was not what I was expecting from the product description and buyer reviews.I thought it would have much more power than it has. It says you can feel it about 40 feet away. There is no way that is going to happen. It starts to dissipate about 12-15 feet away. You can probably feel it a little bit past that but not by very much.With that said though, I am still keeping the fan. I bought it for a regular tract house bedroom and it works fine. It does have some good power for 12-15 feet which is plenty to cool someone off or circulate the air in the room. The noise level isn't super quiet, but I don't think it is extremely loud either.The fan oscillates which is a plus. And if you are wondering like I was it has a pretty wide oscillation range.
