Hearkent 8 Vibrating Alarms Watch Medication Reminder for Elderly Seniors Negro

The alarm watch looks nice for the price,but there could be a few improvements. It's kind of difficult to set up, if you're unfamiliar with digital watches. The vibration is very light, my husband didn't even feel it when I knew it was time to be going off. This is crucial as a pill reminder. So we switched it to alarm and that seems to be working better. I almost sent it back because I couldn't figure out how to set it to a p.m. alarm. The watch was set to a.m. and therefore wouldn't go off at designated time. So I thought it was malfunctioning. But after two days of fooling with it, I finally figured out how to keep scrolling past all the alarm times till it showed a p.m. symbol. Now it works fine. Directions could be a little easier to understand

Alarms are easy to set. The screen is easy to read and the buzzer was easy to hear. All in all it was east.

I needed to replace my Timex Expedition Vibration, and this watch looked to be perfect. This watch met all my selection criteria. It had a vibration alarm. It doesn't have any connectivity, and it uses regular watch batteries. It also had some significant improvements over the Timex. It is sleeker and weighs less than the Timex, and the display is easier to see. I also prefer the black numbering on the light background. These improvements over the Timex were an added bonus. The 1 major design flaw is that any time you press any of the buttons, the watch beeps, and there is no way to turn that beeping off. This seems like a major design flaw to me. Clearly someone that is buying a watch with vibration alert wants the watch to alert them in a stealthy way. You would think it would be …

At first glance this watch has a clean look, the back light that eliminated was just right to check the time without binding the user. But the overall quality and durability was lacking, I had to return it 3 days in for loss of function

This was our second watch of the same make. The first stopped working after a year or so as the water proof seal broke after I replaced the battery and then got moisture in. With the second the strap broke in 2 months. Our daughter likes the functionality but the reliability is pretty low.

Pretty good watch for the price. It keeps me taking my daily pills 4 times a day without disturbing anyone. Although some of the functions can be a bit confusing****Good Purchase""""

I like many things about this watch. 8 alarms is great. large screen numbers are good. I bought it for the countdown timer to remind me to do things through the day. The countdown timer cannot be set to vibrate, but only beeping? Target customer is hearing impaired so I think it's a mistake.The buttons also need protection. I frequently bump it with my wrist, and mess up the countdown timer when doing physical work.Still, 4 stars though.I scratched the heck out of the plastic crystal over the screen, or whatever you call it. It's not really their fault though. I was doing some big movements and dragged the face of it across a metal thing.Really, I just want the features in a sports watch body, and to have the countdown feature work with vibrate. The alarm quality does not put out a load enough alarm and the vibration is not intense enough for the user to feel. Therefore it serves no purpose or benefits of wearing it to serve as a alarm for someone to take their medications or for whatever else a person may need an alarm for. I also do not care for the return process for this item. It requires me to provide a box, when it wasn't even shipped as a single package. So there for it didnt come in a box that is suitable to return it in. Plus I had to pay for labels to be mailed out in 4 to 5 days because I don't have access to a printer myself. And I also have a deadline to return it by while I wait for the label and find a box myself that will be suitable to return it in.
