We’ve been using the Seaory S25 with the Bodno Bronze Edition software in our office for employee IDs and visitor badges, and it’s been a very practical setup for everyday use. The print quality is impressively sharp, especially for small text, ID photos, and QR codes, thanks to its high resolution up to 300 x 1200 dpi, giving each badge a clean and professional finish. For our use case, the manual feed design actually works in our favor since we mostly print on demand—it allows us to control each print and avoid wasting cards, which is ideal for onboarding or quick replacements. Using the Seaory S25 printer in our office didn’t feel like a “new system to learn”—it felt more like something that just worked right away. The print quality is where we noticed the biggest jump compared to our old setup. Faces don’t come out overexposed, barcodes scan instantly, and even small fonts stay readable. The 300 × 1200 dpi resolution really shows when you print logos with gradients or fine lines—it’s noticeably sharper than standard 300 dpi printers. For our use case, the manual feed turned out to be a hidden advantage. Instead of loading stacks, we print badges one at a time as needed—perfect for HR onboarding or front desk visitor passes. It actually reduced mistakes because we’re not bulk-printing incorrect data. It’s clearly designed for real office environments where …

Using the Seaory S25 printer in our office has been a surprisingly smooth and efficient experience, especially when it comes to print quality. The 300 × 1200 dpi dye-sublimation output gives badges a clean, almost photo-like finish—faces don’t look washed out, and even small fonts remain sharp. What we noticed compared to cheaper alternatives is that the color is actually embedded into the card, so it doesn’t fade or peel easily with daily use.For our use case, the S25 fits perfectly in a real office workflow where not everything is batch printing. Since it uses a manual feed system, we can quickly print one badge at a time for new hires or walk-in visitors without setting up a full batch job. It’s especially useful in HR and front-desk environments where flexibility matters more than …
