These protein bars taste really good. I know Kind offers these delicious snacks in a variety of flavors, but I'm a caramel lover. The bars are 170 calories, but you get 6 grams of protein. This is 10% of the 60 grams I need per day. I highly recommend these snacks because they are gluten-free, low in sugar, and high in fiber.

I’ve bought these KIND Caramel Almond & Sea Salt bars a few times now and they’re consistently great. The flavor balance is spot on—light caramel sweetness with a little sea salt and lots of crunchy almonds. They’re not sticky or overly sweet like some bars.What I like:- 6g protein and decent fiber for the calories- Only 5g sugar per bar, but still tastes like a treat- Gluten-free and uses whole almonds as the main ingredient- Individually wrapped and don’t melt or crumble in a bagWhat could be better:- Price can be a bit high unless they’re on sale- If you don’t love crunchy textures, this might feel a little hardBottom line: A reliable snack that actually keeps me full between meals without a sugar crash. I’ll keep these in my desk and gym bag. Recommended.

They are my favorite bar. That's highly subjective of course, but if you like caramel and whole nuts, I imagine you will love this thing. They have a great blend of crunch and nougat smoothness so things don't fall off so much while you are taking a bite. It's a great option for a quite pick me up. I keep 2-3 in my computer bag for planes and wait stops and just anytime I need a shot of energy. The only downfall is the price, but that is at least competitive with other bars of this class.Are they the BEST snack bar in terms of health? Probably not. They do have added sugars and seed oils, so with all foods, moderation is a good thing. BUT, they are great in a pinch and among the healther options. Good stuff that I don't like to do without!
