Reimagine skillet cooking with Tuxedo 12-inch digital precision skillet. Digital heat control for precise heat regulation, even at low temperatures. LED display lets you select exact temperatures from 100° to 400°F for consistent results. Pan fry, sauté, roast, poach, braise, steam, simmer, sous vide, bake, make yogurt, proof dough. Extra-high sidewalls with ultra-durable ceramic nonstick surface. PFOA and PTFE free. Set in one degree increments from 100° to 205°F; five degree increments from 205° to 400°F. Multi-purpose rack for steaming, baking, sous vide, and making yogurt. Tempered glass cover with silicone rim and easy-grasp handles. Great for entertaining! Holds precise serving temperatures for up to 24 hours. Fully immersible with the digital control removed.
