The patented u’Select adjustable grinding system has 6 pre-defined settings so you can choose the coarseness of your pepper. The high-quality mechanism is designed to extract the unique texture, grind, and aroma of pepper. Only use pepper in this Pepper Mill – it is not interchangeable with other spices. To get your desired coarseness, turn the adjustment ring at the base of the mill to 1 for an extremely fine grind and up to 6 for a coarser grind. This mill is made of beechwood sourced from PEFC certified forests to support sustainable forest management. Peugeot recycles their wood scraps to the energy sector and uses water-soluble planet-friendly paint and varnish.
