You can cut all kinds of food with ease: vegetables, sausages, bread, meat, fish… ERGONOMIC HANDLE: This paring knife set features a unique shape designed for optimal comfort, control and agility. Lightweight, ergonomic, and comfortable, it fits in the hand and prevents slips. SAFETY AND RESISTANCE: The handle is made of polypropylene (PP), a hygienic plastic material that is resistant to impacts and high temperatures. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher. DIMENSIONS: Each knife measures 155 mm in length and weighs 100 grams. Size Blade: 85 mm | 3.5" Inch.
